ReCYcling ChAlleNGe At UlaCiT

This week all colleges of ULACIT brought to the university all kind of material in order to give it to a social organization. The college that bring as most of recycling material win a prize, but this is not the most important thing, the idea is help to the environment and look for money to a children refuge.

Recycling has become in one of the main activities to resolve the problems caused by millions of tons of solid waste produced daily by humans worldwide.

The benefits of recycling are:

-It produces less impact or damage to the environment.

-Throw less garbage in public places.

-It produces less polluting gases which improves the quality of places and air.

-Landfills, especially in crowded cities, will have more time to use that would result in a low cost of sanitary services.

-It used less non-renewable resources like trees and water.

-It saved big quantities of non-renewable resources as petroleum, coal and metals natural.

-Decreases the energy consumed in the process of obtaining raw material.

-Saves time and money in the development of new products.

-It generated jobs for low resources people who are the majority of those who collect waste materials.
